The following cards were tested and are known to work:

Avance Logic ALS4000              (ALSA driver)
Creative Labs SB Live! EMU10k1    (ALSA driver)

Please send me an email if you got it working on a different
sound card. I had some problems regarding to the detection of
silence on onboard cards using the OSS driver, so any feedback
will be much appreciated.
